Vertical Shaft Impactors (VSI)
KPI-JCI VSI's are capable of running in three configurations; standard, semi autogenous and fully autogenous. This gives you more spec product, and allows you to minimize wear costs. KPI-JCI offers you the 1500, 2500, 4500 and 120 VSI as portable plants, or as bare units capable of being plugged into new or existing portable or stationary plants.
Portable VSI Plants: KPI-JCI VSI Plants allow you to produce multiple products via multiple methods, ensuring you are able to meet multiple stringent material requirements affordably with one machine. Drive selections include single electric motor, double electric motor or diesel power options. All portable VSI Plants, from the 1500 to the 120, come complete with a service platform as well.
Unit VSI Plants: KPI-JCI VSI's allow you to meet the most stringent of material specs. The KPI-JCI 1500, 2500, 4500 and 120 VSI's are capable of running in three configurations; standard, semi autogenous and fully autogenous, giving you capabilities of making multiple products, and allowing you to minimize wear costs. Units are capable of being plugged into new or existing stationary or portable plants.
