Combo Screen Units

 KPI-JCI Combo® screens are available in 6x20, 7x20 and 8x20 sizes.  Two multi-angle and a horizontal bottom deck increase material travel speed in the feed section, decreasing depth of bed material.  Material moves through screen cloth or urethane openings quicker.  This triple shaft, non-plugging oval motion screen is ideal for both scalping and product sizing applications.

KPI-JCI Horizontal Screens offer a very low profile, ideal for installations where height and additional capacity are critical.  In addition to increased portability, these screens provide higher G-forces, resulting in less plugging and binding and more consistent material travel speed.  Available as double or triple-decks, KPI-JCI offers scalping, sizing or fine screens in sizes of 5x14 to 8x20.

Mesabi® Screen Units

Originally designed for and named after the Minnesota Mesabi Iron Range, this 4-bearing, eccentric type screen is highly effective in handling heavy loads at maximum capacity. The positive, full-circle throw produces the same vibration in all parts of the screen.  Heavy duty sizes range from 4x8 to 6x14, and standard duty sizes range from 4x8 to 6x16.
