  • Our facilities will maintain our normal business hours with “On Duty / On Call and On Duty / ON Site adjusted staffing levels
  • We will make every effort to process your requests in a timely manner
  • We have adjusted our parts delivery system – providing multiple methods for you to get what you need:
    • Online Order and get 3% rebate (with direct ship, curbside or site pickup)
    • Order by Phone, Fax or Email (with direct ship, curbside or site pickup)
    • Come in on site (following Covid 19 protocol) to get the right critical part for your operation
  • We follow and request that our team and you to follow the guidance of federal, state and local authorities including CDC and MDHHS.
  • We will adopt practices to protect the health of customers, employees, visitors and others as they become necessary – some of these are:
    • Entrance and employee-screening
    • Social distancing of 6 feet
    • Temporary suspension of our time honored handshake
    • Stay at home if sick
    • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water
    • Increased our cleaning and sanitization processes
    • Follow Customer job site specific MDOT guidelines
    • Avoid social gatherings of 10 or more people
    • Drink lots of water and get fresh air
    • Smile often and be positive – we will get through this!
