Metso Cone Crusher Class

Slurry Pump School

WHEN: February 3rd    8:30am-4:30PM

Course Information:

This course will give you a better understanding of the inner workings or how SIurry pumps function and what they are capable of producing. William C. Pierce from Schurco Pumps is instructing this course. Lunch will be provided.

  • Example pumps will be on hand to showcase the different types available for your application.
  • Explore the functions of the pumps and their applications.

 

Aggregate Maintenance

WHEN: February 9th & 10th      8:30am-4:30PM

  • Basic maintenance & service training on conveyors, screens, crushers.
  • Change a broken bearing on a pulley
  • Understand the difference and proper usage/installation of (SC, SCM, Type E, S-2000) bearings
  • Get and overview of belt tracking & tensioning
  • Learn how belt scales are installed and properly maintained
  • Cover basic screen maintenance from springs, bearings, sheaves, motor mounts
  • Learn when sheaves are worn out
  • Learn how drive belts work and how to properly tension them
